Indicates that the feeder float sensor detects something.
[Treatment]
Eliminate the cause to which the feeder float sensor is reacting.

Indicates that the board sensor detects something.
[Treatment]
Eliminate the cause to which the board sensor react is reacting.
E600020 “Failed to set the gain.”
[Cause]
Indicates that the system failed to set the gain parameters.
[Treatment]
Please turn on the power supply of the machine after finishing everything and shutting down the
machine.
If the error occurs even after the rebooting, take a note of the error number and contact our
technical service dept. for information.
E600021 “Axis Driver: Failed set LA encoder.”
[Cause]
An internal error occurred in the system.
The laser control board may have failed.
[Treatment]
Exit the system. Contact our service engineer or the agency.

[Cause]
An internal error occurred in the system.
The XMP board or system HDD may have failed.
[Treatment]
Exit the system. Contact our service engineer or the agency.
E600031 “Axis Driver: Status error.”
[Cause]
The axis move was blocked during or at the start of the operation.
An initialization error, servo error or alarm may have been generated for the axis.
This error can also be displayed against errors for other axes.
Or, the XMP board may have failed.
[Treatment]
Press the emergency stop switch, and then return the axes to the home position again.
If the error persists, exit the system and contact our service engineer or the agency.
E600032 “Failed to start the axis operation.”
[Cause]
Failed to start the axis operation. There is the possibility of abnormal status in the XMP board.
[Treatment]
Please turn on the power supply of the machine after finishing everything and shutting down the
machine.
If the error occurs even after the rebooting, there is the possibility of a broken system file, or
hardware failure in the XMP board or its connectors.

Check the conditions of the machine power source.

[Cause]
The destination coordinates of the axis are out of the mechanical limit.
[Treatment]
Specify the destination coordinate within the movable range.
E601001 “Axis Driver: Failed servo power on.”
[Cause]
Could not turn ON the servo power.
The possible cause is; detection by the limit sensor or area sensor, pressing of the emergency
stop switch, or the power OFF state (of the safety type machine).
Also there may be wrong or poor electrical connections.
[Treatment]
Remove the cause and return the axes to the home position.
