There is a possibility that the slide plate ON sensor or OFF sensor is
broken. It could be that the wiring came off the connector part, that a pin
in the connector part is broken, that the wiring got cut off, or the sensor
itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and the connector. If any of
them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
If the treatment1 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between the
PCBs is bad.
E610009 “Parameter for the head is not correct”
[Cause] Head specifying is abnormal. The data in the machine is broken or the version of
the software that is installed on the machine is not correct.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
If the error occurred after the installation or the versionup of the software, you
need to re-install the software.
If the treatments above do not work, there is a possibility that MPX board(s) in
the machine is broken. You need to replace it(them) with new ones.
E610010 “The specified cylinder does not exist”
[Cause] The specifying of ATC position is abnormal. The data in the machine is broken or
the version of the software that is installed on the machine is not correct.
E610011 “An error occurred when starting XY axes movement”
[Cause] An error occurred when starting XY axes movement.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
E610012 “An error occurred when starting X axis movement” "
[Cause] An error occurred when starting X axis (left side) movement.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
E610013 “An error occurred when starting XR axis movement”
[Cause] An error occurred when starting X axis (right side) movement.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
E610014 “An error occurred when starting Y axis movement”
[Cause] An error occurred when starting Y axis movement.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
E610015 “An error occurred when starting Z axis movement”
[cause] An error occurred when starting X axis (nozzle up-and-down axis) movement.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
E610016 “An error occurred when starting Theta axis revolution”
[Cause] An error occurred when starting Theta axis (nozzle revolving axis) revolution.
163
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
E610017 “An error occurred while XY axes are traveling”
[Cause] An error occurred while XY axes are traveling.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
E610018 “An error occurred while X axis is traveling”
[Cause] An error occurred while X axis (left side) is traveling.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
E610019 “An error occurred while XR axis is traveling”
[Cause] An error occurred while X axis (right side) is traveling.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
E610020 “An error occurred while Y axis is traveling”
[Cause] An error occurred while Y axis is traveling.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
E610021 “An error occurred while Z axis is traveling”
[Cause] An error occurred while Z axis (Nozzle up-and-down axis) is traveling.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
E610022 “An error occurred while Theta axis is revolving”
[Cause] An error occurred while Theta axis (Nozzle revolving axis) is traveling.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
E610023 “No nozzle has been assigned to the cylinder”
[Cause] No nozzle has been assigned to the specified ATC.
[Treatment] Please set nozzle(s) on ATC and perform the ATC nozzle allocation. The ATC
Nozzle allocation can be performed by selecting [Machine Setup] from the menu
bar, and then [Setting Group(G)] [ATC Nozzle Allocation(A)].
E610024 “Nozzle installation was tried with a head which already has a
nozzle”
[Cause] Nozzle installation was tried with a head which already has a nozzle. A cause is
either that a nozzle is actually on the head or that the window of the laser sensor
is dirty.
164
[Treatment] 1.1 If a nozzle is installed on the head.
The nozzle is likely to have been set on the head manually. Please take it off
by hand.
1.2 If a nozzle is NOT installed on the head.
Please clean the window of the laser sensor. You can check the dirt of the
window with the following procedures. Select [Manual Control] from the
menu bar, and then select [Control(C)] [Head(H)] [Laser Control(L)].
Select a concerned laser sensor in ‘Control’ unit, and then select ‘Image
displaying’ from ‘Control Item’ frame. By enabling ON, an image data will
be shown.
If the treatment1 does not work, or if the image data does not appear,
there is a possibility that the MCM board in the laser sensor is not
installed properly or the sensor itself is broken. Please turn off the power
supply and see if the MCM board is installed in the sensor correctly.
E610025 “Nozzle returning was requested to a head which does not have any
nozzles”
[Cause] Nozzle returning was requested to a head which does not have any nozzles on it.
A cause is either that a nozzle is actually not on the head or that the laser sensor
is broken.
[Treatment] 1. If there is no nozzle on the head.
The nozzle is likely to have been taken off manually.
2. If the head has a nozzle on it.
There is a possibility that the MCM board in the laser sensor is not installed
properly or the sensor itself is broken. Please turn off the power supply and
see if the MCM board is installed in the sensor correctly.
E610026 “The gotten nozzle width does not meet that of allocated nozzle”
[Cause] The outer shape of a nozzle which was gotten from ATC does not meet the outer
shape of a nozzle which is assigned in the Machine Setup. The cause is either
that the nozzle were changed manually or that the window of the laser sensor is
dirty.
[Treatment] 1. If nozzles were changed manually.
Please perform the ATC nozzle allocation. The ATC Nozzle allocation can be
performed by selecting [Machine Setup] from the menu bar, and then [Setting
Group(G)] [ATC Nozzle Allocation(A)].
2. If nozzles were not changed manually.
