[Treatment] 1.1 If a nozzle is installed on the head.
The nozzle is likely to have been set on the head manually. Please take it off
by hand.
1.2 If a nozzle is NOT installed on the head.
Please clean the window of the laser sensor. You can check the dirt of the
window with the following procedures. Select [Manual Control] from the
menu bar, and then select [Control(C)] [Head(H)] [Laser Control(L)].
Select a concerned laser sensor in ‘Control’ unit, and then select ‘Image
displaying’ from ‘Control Item’ frame. By enabling ON, an image data will
be shown.
If the treatment1 does not work, or if the image data does not appear,
there is a possibility that the MCM board in the laser sensor is not
installed properly or the sensor itself is broken. Please turn off the power
supply and see if the MCM board is installed in the sensor correctly.
E610025 “Nozzle returning was requested to a head which does not have any
nozzles”
[Cause] Nozzle returning was requested to a head which does not have any nozzles on it.
A cause is either that a nozzle is actually not on the head or that the laser sensor
is broken.
[Treatment] 1. If there is no nozzle on the head.
The nozzle is likely to have been taken off manually.
2. If the head has a nozzle on it.
There is a possibility that the MCM board in the laser sensor is not installed
properly or the sensor itself is broken. Please turn off the power supply and
see if the MCM board is installed in the sensor correctly.
E610026 “The gotten nozzle width does not meet that of allocated nozzle”
[Cause] The outer shape of a nozzle which was gotten from ATC does not meet the outer
shape of a nozzle which is assigned in the Machine Setup. The cause is either
that the nozzle were changed manually or that the window of the laser sensor is
dirty.
[Treatment] 1. If nozzles were changed manually.
Please perform the ATC nozzle allocation. The ATC Nozzle allocation can be
performed by selecting [Machine Setup] from the menu bar, and then [Setting
Group(G)] [ATC Nozzle Allocation(A)].
2. If nozzles were not changed manually.

E610027 “An error occurred when setting Laser window size”
[Cause] An error occurred when setting a window size to check a nozzle presence by the
laser recognition unit.
[Treatment] There is a possibility that the laser recognition unit has a problem. You can check
if it is fine or now with the following procedures. Please select [Manual Control]
from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)] [Head(H)] [Laser
Control(L)].Select a concerned laser sensor in ‘Control’ unit, and then select
‘Image displaying’ from ‘Control Item’ frame. By enabling ON, an image data will
be shown. At this point, if the image data does not get shown, please turn off the
power supply and try again. If the image data does not get shown even after the
retry, MCM board in the laser sensor is not installed properly or the sensor itself is
broken. Please turn off the power supply and see if the MCM board is installed in
the sensor correctly.
E610028 “An error occurred when detecting the presence of Laser nozzle”
E610029 “An error occurred when learning laser height of Laser nozzle”
[Cause] An error occurred when measuring a nozzle length by the laser recognition unit.
E610030 “Nozzles can not be detected”
[Cause] No nozzle could not be found in the Nozzle presence check by laser. Nozzles are
not set in the ATC.
