E610049 “Laser sensor might be dirty. Please clean the sensor”
[Cause] A shadow was detected at a position where nothing is supposed to be detected if
no nozzle has been installed and nothing is wrong.
[Treatment] There is a possibility that the window of the laser sensor is dirty. Please clean the
window of the sensor. You can check the dirt of the window with the following
procedures. Select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select
[Control(C)] [Head(H)] [Laser Control(L)]. Select a concerned laser sensor in
‘Control’ unit, and then select ‘Image displaying’ from ‘Control Item’ frame. By
enabling ON, an image data will be shown.
E610050 “An error occurred in Nozzle posture detection”
[Cause] A laser error occurred in the Nozzle posture detection by laser prior to a nozzle
change.
[Treatment] There is a possibility that the laser recognition unit has a problem. You can check
the abnormality of the unit with the following procedures. Select [Manual Control]
from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)] [Head(H)] [Laser Control(L)].
Select a concerned laser sensor in ‘Control’ unit, and then select ‘Image
displaying’ from ‘Control Item’ frame. By enabling ON, an image data will be
shown. If the data image does not appear at this point, please turn off the power
supply of your machine and try again. If the data image still does not get
displayed after the retry, there is a possibility that the MCM board in the laser
sensor is not installed properly or that the sensor itself is broken. Please turn off
the power supply and examine the installation status of the MCM board in the
sensor.
E610051 “The nozzle can not be returned since its posture is abnormal”
[Cause] Nozzle returning got discontinued since a posture of the nozzle exceeded the
permissive value during the Nozzle posture checking by laser prior to a nozzle
change.
[Treatment] Please take the nozzle off manually. Please examine the installation status of a
nozzle installed on the head to find a cause of the error. Treatments to take vary,
depending on whether nozzles are set in the ATC properly or not.
1. If a nozzle rotated against its installation angle to ATC.
There is a possibility that the nozzle rotated during the production. The nozzle
might be rotated manually when the production stopped temporary.
Nozzle rotate every once in a while when a production is done for a long time
(over a week) without changing any nozzles.
If the nozzle rotation occurs during a few-hour production, there is a possibility
that the nozzle is abnormal. You need to replace the nozzle with a new one. If
the error occurs regardless the nozzle types, you need to replace a clamp part
with a new one since it may be worn away.
2. If a nozzle did not rotate against its installation angle to ATC.
The nozzle shape is abnormal. Please examine if the green plastic part is
chipped or not. Also, please see if there is anything attached to the
nozzle.
If the installation angle is slanting to a certain side, there is a possibility
that the laser measurement unit is not judging the angle correctly. In this
case, the connecting cable between the laser measurement unit and the
servo driver may have a problem. Please take off the cable and re-install
it.
If the error still occurs, there is a possibility that the MCM board in the
laser sensor is not installed properly or that the MCM board itself is
broken. Please turn off the power supply of your machine and check the
installation status of the MCM board in the Laser recognition unit.

E610052 “ATC X coordinate is abnormal”
[Cause] The head could not move to the specified ATC position. Some program versions
in the machine may be clashing with each other.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
If the error occurred after the installation or the versionup of the software, you
need to re-install the software.
If the treatments above do not work, there is a possibility that MPX board(s) in
the machine is broken. You need to replace it(them) with new ones.
E610083 “Measured width of the nozzle does not coincide with the assigned
width. Machine does not return the nozzle because of possible
damage to the nozzle. Check how the nozzle is attached. Press
<No> to allow the machine to return the nozzle.
[Cause]
The outer shape of a nozzle taken up from the ATC does not meet that of the
nozzle assigned in Machine setup.
The nozzle may be attached improperly.
The attached nozzle is different from what assigned to the ATC.
The laser sensor has failed.
[Treatment]
Check if the attached nozzle is different from what assigned to the ATC.
If the assignment is correct, then check how the nozzle is attached. If the nozzle is
attached improperly, remove it manually.
If the nozzle is properly attached, select “No.” The machine will return the nozzle
automatically.
If no problems are found in the checks above, check the laser sensor using an
appropriate command in Laser control of Manual control.
When the laser sensor malfunctions, turn the machine power OFF, and then
restart it.
If the error persists despite the above restart, contact our service engineer or the
agency to counter a possible failure.
E610084 “Measured width of the nozzle does not coincide with the assigned
width. Machine does not return the nozzle because of possible
damage to the nozzle. Remove and return the nozzle manually.”
[Cause] The outer shape of a nozzle taken up from the ATC does not meet that of the
nozzle assigned in Machine setup.
The nozzle may be attached improperly.
The attached nozzle is different from what assigned to the ATC.
The laser sensor has failed.
[Treatment] Check if the attached nozzle is different from what assigned to the ATC.
If the assignment is correct, then check how the nozzle is attached. If the nozzle
is attached improperly, remove it manually.
If the nozzle is properly attached, select “No.” The machine will return the nozzle
automatically.
If no problems are found in the checks above, check the laser sensor using an
appropriate command in Laser control of Manual control.
When the laser sensor malfunctions, turn the machine power OFF, and then
restart it.
If the error persists despite the above restart, contact our service engineer or
the agency to counter a possible failure.
E610100 “The Vacuum calibration has not been installed”
[Cause] The installation position of the vacuum calibration has not been set.
[Treatment] If the vacuum calibration unit has not been installed on ATC, please install it.
You can set the installation position of the vacuum calibration as follows.
Please select [Machine Setup] from the menu bar, and then [Setting Group(G)]
178
[ATC Nozzle Allocation(A)]. If you right-click the mouse on the nozzle type of the
ATC number on which the vacuum calibration unit is installed, a list box is shown.
Select ‘VacUnit’ in there.
E610200 “Emergency Stop SW occurred”
[Cause] The Emergency Stop SW was pressed.
[Treatment] Please unlock the Emergency Stop SW and hit the OK key.
E610201 “Area sensorF ON occurred”
[Cause] The area sensor on the front side got ON.
[Treatment] Please hit the OK key and then perform the Home returning.
E610202 “Area sensorR ON occurred”
[Cause] The area sensor on the rear side got ON.
[Treatment] Please hit the OK key and then perform the Home returning.
E610203 “Cover open sensor ON occurred”
[Cause] The Safety cover is open.
[Treatment] Please close the Safety cover.
