Use of the leaf spring installation tool makes it possible to install the leaf springs more uniformly. If you have this tool, it is
recommended to install the leaf springs with this tool.

NOTE
Removal of the FNC locate pin can be conducted also with a hex wrench (0.7) commercially available as alternative;
however, it can be performed easier by using the special hex wrench (0.7).

Prepare the following tools and items necessary for maintenance.

Nozzle cleaning wire Used to clean nozzle holes.
Phillips screwdriver Large, small

Phillips precision screwdriver #0, #1 (Used to replace nozzle leaf springs and air valves.)
Flathead precision screwdriver Used when replacing the O-ring
Hex wrench set 1 set
Precision wrench set Used for maintenance of spline shafts.
Grease gun Used to supply grease
Air blow tool Used for cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaner Used to clean nozzles.
Vacuum ASSY Used to clean top surface of feeder plate.
