NOTE:
In principle, use of the mechanical ceramic substrate centering unit and the SW V502.01 and later
is independent of the existing version of the conveyor control (TSP 100 / TSP 200).
Nevertheless it was specified that a conversion is always to be made from TSP 100 to TSP 200
while retrofitting the optional "mechanical ceramic substrate centering unit for HS-50", i.e., the
conversion kit TSP 200 (see above) must always be installed.
Only a Siemens SMD service engineer is to carry out this conversion and it must be conducted
on the basis of Conversion Instructions, Item no. 00192267-01.
In addition, clarification is required before the retrofitting to ascertain whether the lifting table plate
of the (relatively old) HS-50 machine the unit is to be retrofitted on HAS the holes needed to fasten
the mechanical ceramic substrate centering unit.
If not, the lifting table plates must be exchanged during the retrofitting.
