1.1 Functional description
Installing a mechanical stopper module allows the processing area to be varied as required. The
conveyor firmware special design deactivates the light barrier in the placement area and integra-
tes the stopper module with sonar sensor. 1
1.2 Requirements
Software: SR 505.03 SP1, SIPLACE Pro version 5.0, Conveyor firmware TS 610548.hex 1
Hardware: SIPLACE HF, dual conveyor 1
1.3 Restrictions
To calibrate the conveyor edges, the stopper module has to be removed because the minimum
conveyor width with stopper module is 55mm. 1
The maximum board length is reduced. Depending on the stopper setting it varies from 376mm –
347mm. 1
