It allows to make a detailed analysis of the orders (PO), planned for the future.
The difference in between an “Estimated session” that you can insert into the “Orders Planner”
and the session you can add inside the main “Sessions” page, is that during the analysis of the
“Estimated sessions”, software takes in account the total number of components really used for
a session, and do not consider the completely reel reserved. This means that, by analysing the
“Estimated session” the software takes in account the remaining components at the end of the
production of a session. Moreover, the software is always analysing the feasibility of a session,
by the priority as per the order of the list of the “estimated sessions” contained into this window.
Higher in the list means higher priority, and vice versa. By changing the position of an
“Estimated session” in the list, you can immediately see what happen to the feasibility of the
next ones.
Pressing the button will display the following window:
It allows to analyse the feasibility of the estimated sessions. It will display the following window
where you can see the sessions that can be realised or not. You can also change the priority by
moving the sessions up or down in the list. You can do this by using the “Move up” and “Move
down” buttons, or directly drag the session into the desired position by using the mouse.

It allows to add a new “Estimated session” to analyse. Pressing the button will display the

From here will be possible create the sessions by adding or creating the boards to be produced.

1- Only usable reels: With the option “Only usable reels” selected, the software
will consider only the reels which are set as usable, for the analysis.
2- Skip reels in session: with the option “Skip reels in session” selected, the system
will consider only the reels which are not already used for any other open session.
If this option is not selected, the system will consider even the remaining quantity
of the reels which are used for some other session at this moment.
Allows to print the missing items of the selected estimated sessions. You can decide to group or
not group the item together:
- If you group the missing items, the print out will group the all missing items,
regardless for which session they are missing (useful to print a report for Purchase
department for example).
- If you do not group the missing items, in the print out, the missing items will be
divided regarding the sessions where they are missing (useful to print a report
for Production department for example).
It is possible to save as PDF file, generate an excel print out, make a print of the pages and
some other options.
Allows to print the estimated items of the selected sessions. Once pressed the following window
appears. You can decide to group or not group the items together.
