10.10.1 Replacing the flap
► Carefully place the feeder module with the left
side down on a stable, level and clean surface.
► Remove the right rear side wall (see 10.3.3 "Rear
side wall on the right" [}231])
► Pull the flap straight up and off the spindle.
If needed, you can now take the spindle out of
the base unit and replace it with a new one.
► Push the new flap, as shown, onto the spindle.
► Fit the rear, right side wall (see 10.3.3 "Rear side
wall on the right" [}231]).
During assembly, make sure that the spindle is
correctly inserted into the hole in the side wall.

Risk of injury
The edge of the blade is very sharp. Make sure that you always use a pair of tweezers
when removing and fitting the blade.

10.11.1 Removing the blade
► Carefully place the feeder module with the right
side down on a stable, level and clean surface.
► Open the flap at the back of the foil container
► Remove the screw fastening the blade.(1)
Use a size 8 TORX screwdriver for this.
► Use a pair of tweezers to pull the blade out of the
holder.(2)
10.11.2 Fitting the blade
► Use a pair of tweezers to insert the blade, as
shown, into the holder .(1)
Caution:
the blade is very sharp!
► Screw the blade tight.(2)
Use an RF2.5x6 screw and a size 8 TORX
screwdriver with 0.6Nm for this.
► Close the flap.

10.12.1 Replacing the leaf spring
► Carefully place the feeder module with the left
side down on a stable, level and clean surface.
► Remove the right side wall (see 10.3.3 "Rear side
wall on the right" [}231])
► Pull the leaf spring up and out of the feeder mod-
ule base unit.
► Insert the new leaf spring, as shown, into the
base unit.
Make sure that the lower catch for the leaf spring
(marked on the left in the diagram) is outside the
base unit.
► Fasten the right side wall (see 10.3.3 "Rear side
wall on the right" [}231])
