First Aid Measures
Inhalation
Remove to fresh air. Warm with blankets or other means and repose. Consult a physician if necessary.
Skin contact
Flash contacted areas abundantly with soap and water.
Eye contact
Immediately flush with plenty of clean water for at least 15 minutes. Consult a physician if necessary.
Ingestion
Do not induce vomiting. Promptly consult a physician. Wash out mouth with water.
Simple descriptions on most common symptoms
Swallowing may lead to diarrhea or vomiting.
Contact with eyes may cause inflammation.
Contact with skin may cause inflammation.
Inhaling the mist may cause to fall ill.

Fire Fighting Measures
Fire extinguishing agents
1.
1. Loaded stream fire extinguisher, foam, dry chemical and carbon dioxide.
2. For the fire at earlier stage, use dry chemical or carbon dioxide to douse.
3. For large fires, it is effective to use fire foam to block off air.
Unusable fire extinguishing agent
Do not use water jet. It can spread fire and hazardous situation may result.
Specific hazard
No useful information is available at present.
How to extinguish
2.
1. Put out the source of fire.
2. Spray the surrounding equipment with large amounts of water to cool.
3. Prevent unauthorized entry to the fire area.
Protection for fire fighters
Approach from upwind of fire and wear protective gears.

Accidental Release Measures
Precaution for human body
Be sure to wear protective gears.
Precaution for environmental protection
3.
1. Be careful not to allow oil to enter drains or water courses.
2. For a leak on the sea, chemical absorbent must comply with the technical requirements of the regulations
of relevant authorities.
How to clean up leakage
4.
1. Remove the sources of ignition promptly.
2. For a small leak, collect leaked grease by absorbing with sand or waste cloth etc. then wipe up completely
with a cloth.
3. For a large leak, evacuate the nearby area and rope off the area to prevent entry. Stop the leaked oil with
sand, etc. and lead to a safe place, then collect it in a container as much as possible.
4. For a leak on the sea, deploy oil booms to prevent spreading. Soak up with absorbing mat. Chemical
absorbent must comply with the technical requirements of the regulations of relevant authorities.
Preventive measures against second disaster
5.
1. In the event of a leak, report it to local authorities immediately to prevent fires or accidents from occurring
or spreading.
2. Remove the source of ignition.
Precautions in Handling and Storage
Handling
Technical measures
6.
1. When handling more than the specified amount, handle the product in a location of manufacture or
warehouse that meets the standards required by the law.
2. Prevent contact with flames, sparks or hot objects and do not evaporate needlessly.
3. Take measures against static electricity and wear conductive clothing and boots.
4. Before repairing or modifying the machinery and equipment in which hazardous substance remains,
eliminate the substance completely in a safe place.
5. Use a pump to draw from containers. Do not take a suck on a tubule. Do not drink.
6. Wear appropriate safety gear to prevent contact with skin or eyes.
7. If mists are generated, wear a respirator so as not to inhale them.
8. Keep containers tightly closed.
Precaution
Vapors generated from petroleum product often stay in the air because vapor is heavier than air. It is,
therefore, necessary to ventilate the workplace and to keep away from flames.
Safety handling precaution
7.
1. Use the grease at room temperature. Avoid entry of moisture or foreign substances.
2. Avoid contact with halogens, strong acids, alkaline materials or oxidizers.
Storage
Appropriate storing conditions
8.
1. Store in a well-ventilated place where not exposed to direct sunlight.
2. Label as a hazardous material.
3. Avoid contact with heat, sparks, flames and buildup of static electricity
Appropriate technical countermeasures
Electric appliances used in the storage place should be explosion-proof and need to be grounded.
Avoid contact with or storing in the same place as halogens, strong acids, alkaline materials or oxidizers.
