 First Aid Measures

 Inhalation

If a large amount is inhaled, move victim to fresh air immediately, and keep warm and still. Consult a

physician if necessary.

 Skin contact

Wipe off with a cloth and flush with water and soap.

If itchiness or inflammation is present, consult a physician promptly.

 Eye contact

Firstly flush with clean water for at least 15 minutes, consult a physician.

 Ingestion

Do not induce vomiting. Consult a physician promptly.

 Fire Fighting Measures

 How to extinguish

 Loaded stream fire extinguisher, foam, carbon dioxide and dry chemical.

 Do not use water jet.

Remove all ignition sources. Wear protective gears to extinguish.

Use a respirator to avoid inhaling harmful gas. Approach from upwind of the fire.

 Precaution for human body

Wear protective gears to prevent exposure, inhalation of vapor and contact with skin.

Well-ventilate the room if necessary.

Prevent unauthorized entry to the leakage area.

Remove all ignition sources, hot objects, and inflammable material. Prepare a fire extinguisher.

To prevent drainage containing this product from discharging to public water or seeping underground, do not

wash away the spillage on the floor.

 How to clean the oil

For a small leak, collect the oil by using a spatula or a shovel, or soak into soil etc. Then wipe with waste

cloth completely.

Use safety appliances without sparks.

For a large leak, first prevent spreading by using earth and sand, and then collect the oil.

Technical measures

Wear protective gears if there is a risk of skin contact.

Keep away from flame and sparks. Electric appliances should be explosion-proof, and take measures on

electrostatics and ignition sources with sparks.

Precaution

Handle at room temperature. Avoid entry of moisture or foreign substances.

Wear protective gears to prevent exposure, inhalation of vapor and contact with skin.

 Storage

Appropriate storage condition

Store in sealed container in dry, dark place with adequate ventilation.

For other storage conditions, follow the fire defense law, occupational health and safety law, etc.

 Disposal Consideration

3. For large fires, it is effective to use fire foam to block off air.

Water spray can spread fire and hazardous situation may result.

4. Spray the surrounding equipment with large amounts of water to cool.

5. Approach from upwind of fire and wear protective gears.

6. Prevent unauthorized entry to the fire area.

1. Large leak: Evacuate the nearby area and rope off the area to prevent entry.

Be sure to wear protective gears. Stop the leaked grease with sand, etc. and lead to a safe place, then

collect it in an empty container. Be careful not to allow oil to enter drains or water courses.

2. Small leak: Collect the leaked grease in an empty container by removing with a spatula or shovel or by

adsorbing with sand or waste cloth, etc. Then wipe up completely with a waste cloth.

3. Leak on the sea: Deploy oil booms to prevent spreading. Scoop up or soak up with absorbing mat.

Chemical adsorbent must comply with the technical requirements of the regulations of relevant authorities.

4. In the event of a leak, report it to local authorities immediately to prevent fires or accidents from occurring

or spreading.
