Item Description
02**3512** Error in Lead Detection The detected number of leads is smaller than
the set value.
02**3513** Error in Lead Detection The detected number of leads is larger than the
set value.
02**3515** Error in Lead Detection The detected lead position does not match the
position data.
(Cause 1) The results of the lead detection differ from the parameters specified in the
component library data for the selected components.
(Remedy 1) Check the leads of the selected component and the component library
data.
If wrong parameters are set in the component library data, correct them.
02**3601** Error in Electrode(ball) Detection No Electrode(ball) Detected.
02**3602** Error in Electrode(ball) Detection Since a sufficient number of Electrode(ball) were
undetectable, it cannot position.
02**3603** Error in Electrode(ball) Detection There is Electrode(ball) undetectable in the line
or sequence of a group outside.
02**3604** Error in Electrode(ball) Detection Electrode(ball) which is in agreement with data
was undetectable.
02**3605** Error in Electrode(ball) Detection Electrode(ball) which is not specified was de-
tected.
(Cause 1) There is a difference between the results of the electrode (ball) inspection
of the selected component and the component library data.
(Remedy 1) Check the electrodes (balls) of the selected component and the compo-
nent library data.
Correct wrong parameters if they are set in the component library
data.
02**4101** Reverse Check Error The component is reversed.
(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Contact our service personnel for details.

03001***** ---- Specified Mark Not Found in Recognizable
Range.
03002***** ---- Unstable Image around Fiducial Mark.
03003***** ---- Extensive Error in Similitude of Mark Shape.
03004***** ---- Extensive Error in Similitude of Mark Shape or
Size.
03011***** ---- Specified Mark Not Found in Recognizable
Range.
(Cause 1) The fiducial mark and the fiducial mark coordinates X and Y or the mark
data are not suitable.
(Remedy 1) Follow the steps below to reset the machine to the normal condition.
(1) When the [RETURN] button is pressed, the following recognition
window appears.
