9.2 显示没有错误编码的信息文体时的对策
说明没有错误编码的信息。在信息中有中文和英文。
中文按拼音子母为顺序、英文按英文子母为顺序刊载如下。
“从配置文件和规格文件中不能读取吸嘴信息。”
“A value exists that could not be read correctly. Please set the proper data.”
“An unsupported machine type is set in the proper data. Please set the proper
data.”
“Could not found language file.”
Display: 在下述指令中显示出本信息。
以下是发生现象时的指令。
注册时
[ 生产 ]-[ 吸嘴编辑 ]
[ 程序 ]-[ 编辑 ]-[ 吸嘴 ]
[ 程序 ]-[ 编辑 ]-[ 元件 ]-[PartType 编辑 ] 的 「Nozzle Name」
Cause: 由于某种原因在读取吸嘴规格数据时不存在失败的数据。
Remedy: 请在 [ 维修保养 B]-[ 备分 ] 上将备分的系统数据复原后重新启动。
Display: 启动时，在显示出本信息的状态下停止。不能使用触摸屏。用鼠标按
下 [OK] 按键后，显示出固有值编辑。
Cause: 在固有值上有一部分不能正常地读取的数值。
Remedy: 请进行与 “Proper data doesn’t exist. Please set the proper
data.”时同样的对策或者在固有值编辑上重新输入直接数据。
Display: 启动时，在显示出本信息的状态下停止。不能使用触摸屏。用鼠标按
下 [OK] 按键后，显示出固有值编辑器。
Cause: 没有支持的机型在固有值上被设定。
Remedy: 请进行与 “Proper data doesn’t exist. Please set the proper
data.”时同样的对策。
Display: 启动时，在显示出 “Could not found language file.”的状态下停
止。不能使用触摸屏。
Cause: 在读取以国家分类的信息数据时失败或者由于某种原因以国家为分类
的信息数据被删除。
Remedy: 请使用补件软盘恢复系统。

“Proper data doesn’t exist. Please set the proper data.”
“Proper data out of range. Please set the proper data.”
Display: 启动时，在显示出本信息的状态下停止。不能使用触摸屏。用鼠标按
下 [OK] 按键后，显示出固有值编辑器。
Cause: 因为固有值的数据形式不同而不能显示固有值编辑。
Remedy: 请进行与 “Proper data doesn’t exist. Please set the proper
data.”时同样的对策。
Display: 启动时，在显示出本信息的状态下停止。不能使用触摸屏。用鼠标按
下 [OK] 按键后，显示出固有值编辑器。
Cause: 因为固有值的数据形式有一部分不同有可能不能读取。
Remedy: 请进行与 “Proper data doesn’t exist. Please set the proper
data.”时同样的对策或者在固有值编辑上重新输入直接数据。
Display: 启动时，在显示出本信息的状态下停止。不能使用触摸屏。用鼠标按
下 [OK] 按键后，显示出固有值编辑器。
Cause: 因某种原因固有值的数据被删除。
Remedy: 请用 A) 或者 B) 的方法在本机器上重新输入备分的固有值。输入机器
以外的固有值时，有可能重新发生本现象。那时，有必要用固有值编
辑器进行设定。
A) 在 [ 维修保养 B]-[ 备分 ] 上已经备分系统的数据时 : 在关闭固有
值编辑状态下的画面 [Backup] 上，请恢复系统数据。其后请重新接通
电源。
B) 在固有值编辑的 [ 文件保存 ] 上保存在软盘中时 : 在固有值编辑的
[Load from File] 上，从软盘读取后关闭固有值编辑。其后，请关机
后重新启动。
Display: 启动时，在显示出本信息的状态下停止。不能使用触摸屏。用鼠标按
下 [OK] 按键后，显示出固有值编辑器。
Cause: 固有值超过范围或者有矛盾的数值。
Remedy: 请进行与 “Proper data doesn’t exist. Please set the proper
data.”时同样的对策或者在固有值编辑上重新输入直接数据。
执行对策后，如果再次显示本信息时，请进行 “Proper data doesn’
t exist.”的对策 A)。

“Proper data reading error. The data may be corrupt. Please set the proper data.”
Display: 启动时，在显示出本信息的状态下停止。不能使用触摸屏。用鼠标按
下 [OK] 按键后，显示出固有值编辑器。
Cause: 固有值的数据虽然存在，但是因为某种原因而不能读取，有可能固有
值的数据破损。
Remedy: 请进行与 “Proper data doesn’t exist. Please set the proper
data.”时同样的对策。
