motor), etc.

功能：悬浮式印刷头，具有特殊设计的高钢性结构，刮刀压力、速度均由计算机伺服控制，调

节方便，维持印刷质量的均匀稳定。

Function:

the suspended printing head has a highly rigid structure based on a special design; and the

pressure and speed of squeegee are under the servocontrol of computer, which guarantees

洗装置被安装在视觉系统后面，通过视觉系统决定清洗行程，自动清洗网板底面。

进行清洗时清洗卷纸上升并且贴着模板底面移动，用过的清洗纸被不断地绕到另一滚

筒上。清洗间隔时间可自由选择，清洗行程可根据印刷行程自行设定。进行湿洗时，

当储存罐中清洗液不够时，系统出现报警显示，此时应将其充满清洗液。干、湿、真

空洗周期可自由调节。

Composition:

includes a vacuum tube, a vacuum generator, a cleaning solution storage and

spraying device, a paper rolling device, a hoist cylinder, etc. The screen cleaning device is mounted

behind the visual system. The screen bottom can be cleaned automatically, with the cleaning travel

determined by the visual system. In the cleaning, make the cleaning paper go upward and move

along the formwork bottom surface, and the used cleaning paper is winded to another roller

continually . T he time interval of cleaning ranges widely, and the cleaning travel can be set in

compliance with the printing travel. W hen in a wet type cleaning, when the cleaning solution in the

storage tank

insufficient, system will give alarm and what needs to do is to fill the cleaning

respectively, etc.), a printing countertop (inclusive of a magnetic thimble and a vacuum

chuck) and so on.

由以上各部组成的全自动视觉印刷机在印刷焊膏时，锡膏受刮刀的推力产生滚动的前进

，

所受到的推力可分解为水平方向的分力和垂直方向的分力。当运行至模板窗口附近，垂直方

向的分力使粘度已降低的焊膏顺利地通过窗口印刷到 PCB 焊盘上，当平台下降后便留下精确

的焊膏图形。

When a full-automatic visual printing machine composed of the items abovementioned prints

solder paste, the solder paste will roll forward under the thrust force of squeegee, and the thrust force

can be decomposed into a horizontal component force and a v ertical component force. W hen the

squeegee moves to the place close to the formwork window, the vertical component force will have

the solder paste have declined in viscosity pass the window and printed onto the PCB bonding pad

smoothly. B y doing so, precise solder paste patterns are left after the platform declines.
