Nitrogen Fast Purge Upgrade
The Nitrogen Fast Purge option allows users
to return to production ready atmosphere
purity faster by allowing maximum flow
of source Nitrogen. This is helpful in
production environments where the oven
is not running 24/7 or if it is critical for
the oven to return to production quickly
after routine maintenance. This upgrade
reduces purge time by up to 50%.
Project Scope
Description
Includes all necessary hardware
and electronics as well as
software conguration changes.
Procedure
BTU service will install the
upgrade kit including mechanical
and electrical components.
The technician will make the
necessary changes to the
control system and check new
components for leaks.
Installation
Upgrade to be performed by
BTU Field Service.
Downtime
4 - 6 hours.
Requalificaiton
BTU service technician will
verify Oxygen levels before
and after upgrade.
