6. Place the bracket to the nut tightening jig and loosen the nut, and remove the nut, pulley and collar. (Fig. 4)

ブラケットをナット締め付け治具にセットしてナットを緩め、ナット、プーリ、カラーを外します。

将托架放在螺母拧紧治具上，松开螺母，然后卸下螺母、皮带轮、轴环。

Make sure that the pins of the nut tightening jig are completely raised.

Incomplete rising of the pins can deform the holes in the nut of the ball spline.

ナット締め付け治具のピンが完全に上昇していること。

上昇が不完全な場合は、ボールスプラインのナットの穴が変形する場合があります。

螺母拧紧治具的销要完全上升。

如果上升不完全，则滚珠花键的螺母的孔可能会变形。

7. Remove the nut of the ball spline from the bracket of the



unit.

Take care not to deform or damage the bearing when removing from the nut. (Fig. 5)



ユニットのブラケットからボールスプラインのナットを抜き取ります。

ナットからベアリングを変形や破損させないように注意して抜きます。

从螺母上拔下轴承，同时注意不要有变形和损坏。

8. Loosen the lock screw (2-M2.53) and remove the

holder from the shaft. (Fig. 6)

Pieces are incorporated at the end of the lock

screw.

Be careful not to lose them.

9. Remove the housing from the shaft. (Fig. 7)

シャフトからハウジングを抜き取ります。

Be careful not to damage the packing in the

housing.

ハウジング内部のパッキングを傷つけないように、注意してハウジングを抜きま

す。

拔下壳时，请注意不要弄伤壳内部的密封圈。

10. This completes the disassembly of the ball spline.

Replace the ball spline with a new one.

以上でボールスプラインの分解が完了です。

新しいボールスプラインに交換します。

以上，滚珠花键的分解就结束了。

然后换装上新的滚珠花键。

Housing Packing Replacement

ハウジングのパッキングの交換

壳的密封圈的更换

If the packing of the housing is damaged or worn, the suction power lowers. In such a case, the

packing needs to be replaced.

ハウジングのパッキングが破損、磨耗すると吸引力が低下します。パッキングの交換が必要です。

如果壳的密封圈有破损或者磨损，会造成吸引力的下降。此时就需要更换密封圈。

The packing has particular orientation. Check for proper orientation and take care not to damage the

packing when inserting.

パッキングは方向性があります。向きを確認し、パッキングを傷つけないように挿入してください。

密封圈是有方向性的。请确认方向后，在不碰伤密封圈的情况下将其插入。

Apply grease (BARRIERTA IEL/V) to the contact surface of the packing and shaft.

1. Remove the shaft from the ball spline and insert the bearing into the nut. (Fig. 1)

ボールスプラインからシャフトを抜き、ナットにベアリングを挿入します。

2. Insert the nut into the bracket of the



unit. (Fig. 2)



3. Insert the collar and pulley from the top and lightly

tighten the nut. (Fig. 3)

上部からカラー、プーリを挿入し、ナットを仮締めします。

Make sure that the collar is orientated properly.

The protrusion should face the bearing side.

カラーの向きに注意してください。

突起がベアリング側です。

请注意轴环的方向。

突起部是在轴承侧的。

4. Thread the belt, attach the



-axis motor unit and adjust

the tension of the belt.

ベルトを掛け、



軸モータを取り付け、ベルトのテンションを調整します。

挂上皮带，装上

the nuts of the ball splines are

oriented in the same direction.

5. Place the bracket to the nut tightening jig and

securely tighten the nut with a torque wrench.

ブラケット部をナット締め付け治具にセットし、トルクレンチでナットを本締めします。

将托架设置在螺母拧紧治具上，用扭矩扳手正式拧紧螺母。

Make sure that the pins of the nut tightening jig are completely raised and inserted into the

nuts of the ball spline.

Pins not inserted into the nuts can cause the holes of the nuts to deform.

ナット締め付け治具のピンが完全に上昇して、ピンがボールスプラインのナットに入っていること。

ピンがナットに入ってない場合は、ナットの穴が変形する原因となります。

螺母拧紧治具的销要完全上升，销必须要进入到滚珠花键的螺母中。

如果销没有进入螺母，则螺母的孔可能会变形。
