Even if a network-related alarm occurs after an alarm not related to network, the network
status LED [COM] will change according to the above. In such a case, however, the 7-segment
LED will continue displaying the earlier alarm not related to network.

If the LINK LED is off even though power to all nodes has been turned ON, check the network
cable connected to the RX port of the servo amplifier concerned for any problem such as
disconnection.

6.3.4 Protective Functions
保護機能
保护功能
This servo amplifier is provided with various protective functions against errors. When any of these
functions has detected an error, the alarm output signal (ALM) of the servo amplifier will turn off and the
motor will turn OFF. An alarm code will be indicated on the 7-segment LED on the front panel.
