(15) After wiping off the old grease of the O-ring outer cover section < Fig. E62>, apply
grease to the O-ring outer circumference slightly. And, clean the V-packing <Fig. E62>,
too. After wiping off the soil cleanly, apply grease to the V-packing shaft washer slightly.

(16) Wipe up the retainer section of the lower rotor outer cover inside to remove the old
grease with a rag dipped in alcohol.
Use rags made from lint-free materials.
* Rag width: approximately 6 mm to 7 mm and length: approximately 130 mm

(17) After cleaning it, wipe off the left alcohol with a dried rag otherwise, wait for it gets
dried.
Apply 0.03 g in amount (A half of matchstick head per one line as a measurement) of
DAPHNE EPONEX No.1 grease to the retainer with 2 lines wholly. <Fig. E65>
- Do not blow the air from upper and lower side with a air gun to dry off the alcohol
after cleaning.
- Use a bamboo skewer or something tool to apply grease but do not use cotton swabs or
wood stick, etc. that the cotton materials or wood wastes may adhere.
