z Confirm that the "LOCK" lamp (green) is ON before
operating the machine.
z If the "LOCK" lamp on the operation panel is not turned ON,
the machine can be operated at any time from both front and
rear sides, endangering the operators around the machine.
z Before performing any maintenance work, etc., with the
machine powered, be sure to press the [PNL CHANGE]
button on either the front or the rear operation panel and
confirm that the "LOCK" lamp is turned "ON".
When there is a problem with the machine, locate the cause
and assess the condition. Set the power breaker to "OFF".
After the problem has been rectified completely, reset the
machine to its normal condition.
WARNING
Residual voltages may remain behind for a few minutes in the
internal devices of the machine after power interception.
Touch the internal devices carefully. Otherwise, electric shock
can result from direct contact with live conductors.

lightning, immediately stop the machine and turn off the power
supply.

Do not use any unspecified feeders.
When the machine stops due to a component pickup error, be sure to
remove the mispicked component from the feeder and start the
automatic operation.

3. Alert Labels
The alert labels (described below) are used for this machine.
Please read the instructions on each label carefully and check the contents, observing the
actual object.
Be sure to follow the instructions for safety purposes.
These labels should be kept clean and easily legible at a far safe distance.
When a label has deteriorated and become illegible, replace it with a new one.
Location of Alert Labels
The alert labels are affixed on dangerous and caution-required areas.
Refer to "Alert Labels and Description" for details.
