Servo Alarm
Cause and Remedy
Power supply voltage dropped.
MR-J2S-B:160 V AC or less
(Cause 1) Power supply voltage is low.
(Cause 2) There was an instantaneous control circuit power
failure of 60 ms or longer.
(Cause 3) Shortage of power supply capacity caused the
power supply voltage to drop at start, etc.
(Cause 4) Power was restored after the bus voltage had
dropped to 200 V DC. (Main circuit power switched
on within 5 s after it had switched off.)
(Remedy) Review the power supply.
(Cause 5) Faulty parts in the servo amplifier
[Checking Method]: Alarm (A.10) occurs if power is
switched on after all connectors are
disconnected.
(Remedy) Change the servo amplifier.
Power supply voltage dropped.
MR-MD08: 40 V AC or less
MR-MD18 and MR-MD18-FJ: 35 V AC or less
(Cause 1) Power supply voltage is low.
(Cause 2) There was an instantaneous control circuit power
failure of 15 ms or longer.
(Cause 3) Shortage of power supply capacity caused the
power supply voltage to drop at start, etc.
(Cause 4) Main circuit power switched on within 5 s after it
had switched off.
(Remedy) Review the power supply.
10 Undervoltage
(Cause 5) Faulty parts in the servo amplifier
