Cause and Remedy
Positioning was specified to be out of the software limit
range.
A1 Out of software
limit
(Remedy) Set the movement command so that it can stay in
the range of the software limit.
It reached the software limit. A2 Software limit
reached
(Remedy) Move it in the reverse direction by the "JOG"
operation until it stays in the range of the limit
switch.
An error was found in the upper and lower limits of the
parameter for the software limit.
A4 Software limit

(Remedy) Set the upper and lower limits of the software
limit correctly.
An error was found in the upper and lower limits of the
parameter for the position switch.
A5 Position switch

(Remedy) Set the upper and lower limits of the position
switch correctly.
The related axis is in the uncontrollable condition.
(1) The power to the servoamplifier was turned OFF.
(2) Servoamplifier being initialized
(3) Not a control axis
(4) Communication Error
(5) Servo Ready OFF
B0 Servo control fail
(Remedy 1) Turn on the power supply of the servoamplifier.
(Remedy 2) Wait until the initialization of the servoamplifier
is completed.
(Remedy 3) Make the control axis (parameter) effective.
(Remedy 4) Confirm that the cable running to the
servoamplifier is not disconnected.

B1 Servo alarm:
(Remedy) Cancel the servo alarm.
Refer to the instruction manual of the pertinent
servoamplifier for details.
The related axis is in the servo OFF condition. B2 Servo OFF
(Remedy) Turn ON the servo ON signal.
The servo ON signal (SON) was turned OFF during the
operation.
B3 Servo OFF
