1.1 Checklist for Packaging Work

• Perform the packaging according to the checklist.

Perform a zeroing operation before

the power is turned off.

Attachment of Metal Fixtures for

Conveyor

Refer to "1.2 Checklist for Metal Fixture

Detachment" for details.

Application of Anticorrosion Oil

(DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE

No. 1)

Apply anticorrosion oil to the accessible

area of the linear guide.

7 Fixation of Head Section

8 Application of Anticorrosion Oil Apply anticorrosion oil all over the areas.

Check if the shutdown operation is

executed before the power is turned

off.

Be sure to go through the shutdown

sequence before the power is turned off.

Detachment of Power Supply and

Air Hoses

Avoid any electric shock.

Detachment of Cart Guide

Put orientation marks - "Rear Left 1",

"Front Left 2", "Rear Right 3", and "Front

Right 4".

Detachment of Backup Base

"Left NA" and "Right NC" shall be

indicated.

Refer to "1.3 Accessory Parts List" for

details.

Detachment of Light Tower and

Arrow Lamp

Wrap acetate tape around the wires more

than twice.

Refer to "1.3 Accessory Parts List" for

details.

Detachment of Operation Panels and

Front & Rear Keyboards

"L" and "R" (viewed from the front side

of the machine) shall be indicated on the

101 and 102 wires.

Use a special jig to disconnect the

connectors from the operation panel.
