D1-34886208 Pseudo track empty error. A track empty error message was displayed but the

machine picked up the component from the track concerned. The error message is

now displayed as an common error.

D1-36083327 The main error display was not activated at machine error 3574.

D1-36759801 After registration of a changeover table on an HS50 machine, trays with dual

packaging units were not unlocked, as the infrastructure was overloaded due to a high

amount of message. The architecture has been improved.

D1-36975233 After a program change on an HF/3 machine, the first component inspected by the

coplan laser was always rejected and no error message was displayed on the station

computer. The measuring command was handed over too late.

D1-38290611 After installation of the station software 505.04 SP1 on an HS60 machine, the

Component level indicator showed "0" as original quantity of all components.

D1-39609001 On an HF machine a track empty error occured, as the tape component pocket was

empty. After the track was set to full the transport moved towards the component with

full power. The machine hung up with the error message 19080 "Crash danger!

Segment cannot be transported to a higher position". Teaching is now being

deactivated when vacuum check is off.

D1-40108702 Due to an incorrect message for the DIP switch, it was not possible to download the

firmware for station software 505.04 SP2. The message has been corrected.

D1-40156649 On an S27 HM machine with multicolor cameras the hotfix_2 to 505.04 SP2 did not

work correct. The potential correction of the component pickup position regularly

caused a permanent camera flashlight and it was impossible to quit with the "Esc"

button. The error has been corrected.

D1-40216904 On an HF/3 machine the component level of the packaging unit was lost after

rebooting the station. The process has been optimized.

D1-40637259 Due to a translation error, it seemed to be possible to choose between a 3x8 and a

2x8mm feeder in the fine calibration in som languages. The GUI text has been

corrected for the languages concerned.

D1-40706513 On an HF/3 machine an error message was displayed, that the distances of the PCB

fiducials were beyond the tolerance. The tolerance value was to low in the data base

for the multicolor camera. The tolerance value has been adjusted in the data base.

D1-40767931 After an upgrade from station software 505.03 SP1 to 505.04 SP2 on an HF/3 machine

an internal system error occurred. The error has been corrected.

D1-40956607 Problems occurred with the tray stack loader in combination with pickup or Vision

errors on an HF/3 machine. The machine hung up without displaying any error

message because the program branched to the false function and ran in an infinite

loop. The error has been corrected in the software.

D10610-3307 After a program change on the HS50 stations, the tracks had to be rescanned after the

tables were scanned (firm setup) to start production. The interface between station and

Setup Center has been adapted.

D11578-4207 On an HS60 machine the mounted star was damaged when the C&P head was

calibrated due to an sequence error in the software. The error has been corrected.

D11901-1223 On an HF/3 machine the TwinHead tried to change the nozzle, although the

component was still on the nozzle. The error has been corrected.

D11909-2211 On an S25 machine the fine calibration calculated the machine accuracy by 60µm

instead of 90 µm. By processing the registry scripts, the machine dependent settings

were set before the default settings and therefore were overwritten by these. The

sequence order of registry script processing has been changed.

D11962-2801 A machine hung up with an error message as the coplanarity module lost the

connection to the machine. The machine had to be rebooted. The error occurred, while

the coplanarity module answered the machine controller incorrectly.

D12045-1029 On an HS60 machine the component level indicators for the reels differed in Setup

Center and at the station because Setup Center did not evaluate the component level

in the station interface. The error has been corrected in Setup Center.

D12087-4706 After upgrading to station software 505.04 SP2 the HS50 machine could not simulate

production, while a counter was incremented too often. The counter will now be

incremented correct.

D12301-709 On an HF/3 machine the z axis of the Twin segment impacted with the IC camera. No

error message was displayed and the z axis was broken. The error has been

corrected.

D12541-5107 Z axis freezed on the calibration tool during calibrating offset I whenever SITEST

begun after producing, because a pointer was not checked. The process has been

corrected.
