By activating
Insert
prior
to the editing operation, a job which has been newly created in the editing
area can be inserted into the current list by choosing
OK
.

Activate the icon and subsequently the icon.
The "Job data" edit support (FSB) is opened.

Further procedures to be followed are the same as described under the "Prior. insert" command
(see page 14 - 22).

If this icon is activated and a job is selected from the view area with the right
mouse button, its data
are transferred to the editing field and can now be edited.

NOTE
For a job that has already been scheduled, only the data for the lot type and the nominal size can be
changed, all other data cannot be edited.
Example: Renaming a job

Activate the icon.

Click on the job to be renamed with the right mouse button.
All data are transferred to the editing area.

Click on the
Lot name
editing field.
●
Delete the old name and enter a new name.
●
Click on the
OK
button in the command area.
The job is displayed in the job list with the new name.
(Edit-support)
Clicking on this icon causes the "Job data" edit support (FSB) to be opened if beforehand
either the
icon for the "Prior. insert" command or the "Insert" command was activated.

Activate the icon.
The "Job data" edit support (FSB) first opens containing the file selection of all defined PCBs.
●
Successively select <PCB>.la, <line>.ak, <subline>.va and <setup>.ar by double-clicking in each
case.
The FSB closes and the names of the selected files are displayed in the appropriate editing fields.

The editing session is terminated by choosing
OK
, and the job is inserted in the job list in accordance
with the setting of the "Insert" option (see page 14 - 17).

14.3 Line Control
The Line Control allows the operator to control the Line (complete system) and Subline (part of the system), as
required (see section 14.3.3).

Disabling/enabling all input conveyors forming part of the line

Setting barcode strategy and barcode filter

14.3.1 Definition of Terms
•Line
The Line (comprising all stations of the system) can be subdivided into Sublines which then operate
as independent systems.
• Subline
A subline consists of individual stations which constitute a subset of the overall line.
•UFO strategy
The station controllers can adopt different strategies for the handling of PCBs with unknown identi-
ties. These strategies are called UFO strategies. They are set via the Line Control and then sent to
the Job Control.
The UFO strategy is only of relevance in the production mode "with barcode".
If the PCB cannot be allocated to any specific type or lot by means of the barcode, the PCB concer-
ned will be classified as UFO and the preset UFO strategy will be used.
