To enter the dimensions of the PCB, proceed as follows:
22. Click on the Menu icon.
23. Click on the PCB (rectangle).
24. On the
SERVICES
menu click on the
Cluster Editor...
option.
The Cluster Editor is opened.
25. Enter the dimensions of the PCB. See Fig. 17.2.1 on page 17-3 and Fig. 17.2.2 .

To define the fiducials, proceed as follows:
26. In the Cluster Editor click on the
Edit fiducials
button.
The Fiducial Editor is opened.
27. Activate the
Insert
button.
28. Click on the
Fiducial set name
editing field.
29. Enter the name for the new fiducial set, here:
Set_1
.
30. Click on the
Accept fiducial set
button.
Fiducial set Set_1
appears on the fiducial list.
31. Click on fiducial set Set_1
on the fiducial list.

editing field.
33. Enter the fiducial number, here:

Accept fiducial data

The fiducial data are transferred to the list of the fiducials of the fiducial set.

40. In the Cluster Editor click on the
Quit
option on the
FILE
menu.

Defining ink spot:
non ink spot present.
Creating clusters and single circuits:
no clusters and single circuits present.
To enter placement positions, proceed as follows:
41. In the PCB Editor click on the Menu icon.
42. Click on the PCB (rectangle).
43. On the
SERVICES
menu click on the
Placement Position Editor...
option.
The Placement Position Editor is opened.
44. Position the cursor in the entry field and enter placement positions in accordance with Tab. 17.2-2:. The
individual entries are to be separated by a blank. Confirm each line by pressing the Enter key.
45. When entry is complete, click on the
Check PP
button.
The entered values are checked and arranged in columns (see Fig. 17.2.3 ).

46. Click on the
Quit
option on the
FILE
menu.
The Placement Position Editor is closed.
To save the PCB data, proceed as follows:
47. In the PCB Editor, click on the
Save
option on the
FILE
menu.
The PCB data are now saved.
48. On the
FILE
menu click on the
Quit
option.
The PCB Editor is closed. The description of PCB 1 is terminated.
