Changeover Tables
●
Each feeder location has a change over
table (COT).
●
Depending on the machine type and head
configuration the COTs have a possible
inner and outer machine position.
●
The feeder count depends on the head
configuration.
Feeder
The TX uses the SIPLACE X-Feeder sizes and
types:
●
4mm, 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, 24mm
●
32mm, 44mm, 56mm
●
GlueFeeder
●
LDU-X (Linear Dipping Unit)
Tray Carrier
●
JTF-ML
Shuttle
●
TX machines with serial number ≥ TA500
●
TX micron machines
The power to the shuttle is supplied by the
TX machine, the shuttle is controlled by
the TXmachine software.
Note:
For input, a combination of shuttle and option
LP barcode is possible.
For output, a combination shuttle and conveyor
extension is NOT possible.
