1 Montageanleitung LP-Barcode-Leser

1.1 Übersicht

In dieser Anleitung ist die Montage der Optionen

"LP-Barcode-Leser für 1D" (Art.-Nr. 00119682-xx) und

"LP-Barcode-Leser für 2D" (Art.-Nr. 00119679-xx) (SIPLACE HS/HF)

"LP-Barcode-Leser für 2D" (Art.-Nr. 00119689-xx) (SIPLACE S/F)

am Einfach- oder Doppeltransport beschrieben. 1

Für den Einbau der Option LP-Barcode kann der Automat innerhalb der Linie angeordnet blei-

ben. 1

1.2 Einsatz und Anordnung

Mit dem LP-Barcode Scanner kann der Barcode auf der Ober- oder Unterseite einer Leiterplatte

gelesen (erfaßt und dekodiert) werden. Das Leseergebnis wird über eine serielle Schnittstelle an

den Maschinencontroller zur Weiterverarbeitung geleitet. 1

Der Einsatz ist am Einfach- oder Doppeltransport möglich. Im Nachrüstsatz "LP-Barcode oben/

nten..." sind die Teile für den Barcode-Leser am Einfachtransport enthalten. Bei Doppeltransport

bzw. Barcode oben und unten benötigen Sie eine entsprechende Anzahl des Nachrüstsatzes "LP-

Barcode optional....". 1

Im Zuge der Nachrüstung wird der Lesekopf / werde

n die Leseköpfe auf Profilschienen montiert,

welche oberhalb und unterhalb des LP-Eingabebandes eingebaut werden.

Bis zu 2 Leseköpfe werden auf einer Profilschiene ve

rstellbar befestigt und lassen sich auf dieser

zu den einzulesenden Barcodeetiketten ausrichten. Es können Barcodestreifen längs oder quer

zur Leiterplattentransportrichtung gelesen werden. Dazu wird der Lesekopf inkl. Halter in entspre-

chender Ausrichtung an der Profilschiene montiert (nur 1D-Barcode-Leser). 1

Die Änderung von "Barcode oben" auf "Barcode unten" wird entweder durch Umsetzen des Le-

sekopfes auf die jeweilige Profilschiene

oben oder unten erreicht oder es wird grundsätzlich je ein

Lesekopf für "Barcode oben" und "-unten" pro Transport 1 / 2 eingebaut.

Der elektrische Anschluß der Leseköpfe erfolgt an der Verteilerplatine (aus dem Nachrüstsatz).1
