2.1.6 Precision, Performance Operation Check / Manual
Operation
Main control panel operation check
1. Check an indication at normal of monitor screen.
2. Check input at normal of basic parameter and basic data.
3. Check the operation after returning to origin with selecting “MANU” from the main control panel.
Sub control panel operation check
1. Check that the corresponding operation is performed when each sub control panel switch is turned
[ON] and [OFF] and that the light on the switch turns [ON] and [OFF].
=REMARKS=
Sudden movement occurs when selected switches are operated, so keep hands out of the
machine.
Cleaner operation check
1. Check the sensor of solvent.
=CHECK=
Make sure that the sensor of solvent is set to dark [ON].
Automatic width control operation check
1. Check the origin return operation.
2. Input data and check the operation.

PCB setting
1. Set up transfer rail . positioning pin (positioning lever) according to the PCB size.
2. Input the NC program data.
=CHECK=
Input offset data into NC program without fail.
3. Check screen calibration data operation.

2.1.7 Precision and Performance Check in Semi Auto Operation
Main control panel operation check in semi automatic mode
1. Check PCB automatic transfer operation (minimum 10 times).

2. Check precision in automatic examination mode.

3. Check cleaner operation.

4. Operate in aging mode for a minimum of 2 hours.
· Check the aging program.
· Select ’NO’ for ’PCB Conv’.
· Select “SEMI” ® “CONT” from the main control panel.
· Select “F1” (AGING) from the main control panel.
· Select “F1” (START) from the main control panel.
=CHECK=
Be sure to select ’YES’ for ’PCB Conv’ after completing above procedures.
5. Check machine level and adjust again.
6. Check wave form of NC gain.

2.1.8 Precision, Performance Check in Auto Operation
Automatic calibration check
1. Set screen and check automatic calibration mode.
2. Set PCB on loader unit,and start 1 block mode operation, check whether PCB pattern matches with
screen pattern.
Printing precision check
1. Take soft soldering on screen and perform trial printing.
2. Check the operation of the cleaner.
3. Print for the front and back. Input offset actual measurement (print offset in NC programing mode) in
case that soft soldering does not agree PCB pattern.
4. Check dirt on PCB adjustment assy or PCB recognition mark in case of random positioning.
After that check automatic calibration mode operation and input calibrated data into.
Auto operation check
1. Check whether the cleaner operates as the NC program.
2. Check whether the other optional units operate as the NC program.
3. Check PCB transfer.
4. Check automatic continue operation.
2.1.9 Record Machine Information
Record machine information
1. Save machine data to 2 floppies. (One for Panasonic to keep and the other for customer.)
Select ’DATA INPUT OUTPUT’ ® ’MACHINE DATA’ ® ’SAVE’.
2. Print out 2 copies of the machine data. (One for Panasonic to keep and the other for customer.)
Select ’DATA INPUT OUTPUT’ ® ’MACHINE DATA’ ® ’PRINT’.
