The TS555R is a Smart controller capable of controlling all Techcon
pneumatic valve series including: TS1212 pinch tube valve, TS941/TS5322
Spool valve, TS5420/TS5440 Needle valve and TS5620/TS5622 Diaphragm
valve. With a universal power supply, it is a fully ‘plug and play' system and
can be used immediately, anywhere in the world.
TheTS555RSmartvalvecontrollerfeaturesanintuitivetouch
screeninterfaceforeasysetupandoperation.Dispensing
parameterscanbepreciselysetupdirectlyonthetouchscreen
orremotelythroughtheinternetconnection.
Firstinitclass,theTS555Risequippedwithinternetportto
allowuserstomonitorandmakepreciseparameter
adjustmentremotely.Thisfeatureenablestheunittofitin
SmartfactorythatrequiresIndustry4.0.
Theuser‐friendlyfirmwareprovidesanoptionof
programmingupto50varied,sequencedorindividualshots.
Thesesystemshaveauserprogrammable“purge”,“timed”
dispensecyclesettingsanda"TeachMode"fordetermining
thedispensingtime.
Integrationintosemi‐automaticandautomaticmachineryis
madeeasywiththeI/Ointerfaceconnector.Throughuseof
theinterfaceport,thedispensecyclecanbeinitiated,
stoppedandanend‐of‐cyclesignalcanbefedbacktothe
hostmachineinordertostartthenextdispensecycle.Alow‐
pressurewarningfeatureisalsoincludedtohelpmaintain
uninterrupteddispensing.

