Ceramic substrate centering unit for the SIPLACE PCB Handling,
item no.: 00116814-02, type 2, consisting of:
- Rocker with clamping element, installed (for movable conveyor side)
- Holddown with rocker actuator, installed (for movable conveyor side)
- Guide, short
- Holddown for stationary conveyor side
- Guide assembly, RH side (fasten with the screws previously removed)
- Slide assembly, X-direction, incl. proximity switch and compressed air connection
- Cable for proximity switch, with connector
- Cable for solenoid valve, with solenoid valve connector
- Compressed air hose
- Valve for ceramic substrate centering unit (required when installing a 2nd centering unit)*
*) As standard, there is a solenoid valve on the back of the compressed air unit (see Fig.
2.4.4).
- Green plastic rail
Used if the substrate is only to be centered in the Y-direction.
NOTE:
The components indicated under "Additional Material Required" are not included in the retrofit kit.

- Pins to install the slide: 2 x parallel pins 3M5x10 DIN 6325
- Screws to install the slide: 2 x socket hex head cap screws M4 x 30 DIN 912

to fasten the green plastic rail (see Fig. 2.4.2).
NOTE:
The screws to mount the holddowns and the (substrate) guide rails are available from the earlier
disassembly.

– Cross-slotted screwdriver, size 1
– Punch 2.5 mm (to adjust the substrate size)
– 1 Diagonal-nosed wire cutters, small
– Crimp pliers (0.05 -0.12; 0.09 to 0.56)
– Adjustment plate L = approx. 50 cm
(edges parallel) or PCB as large as possible that meets the above conditions
– Feeler gauge 0.2 mm
