(5) Matrix Counts X, Y
Set the numbers of columns (X) and rows (Y) of the matrix in the data
box.
Data Input Range: 0 to 99
Components are picked up in the order of the matrix elements "(1, 1),
(1, 2), (1, 3),.. (2, 1), (2, 2),..", and so on.
(6) Height H [mm], h [mm]
H : Set the distance (height) between the lower surface of the tray
and the upper surface of the tray in the data box.
h : Set the distance (height) between the lower surface of the tray
and the bottom of the cell (the cell in which a component is stored)
in the data box.
Unit: mm
Data Input Range: 0.01 to 99.99

(8) Pitch X [mm], Y [mm]
Set the dimensions X and Y between the matrix elements (between
the centers of the cells in which components are stored) in the data
boxes.
Unit: mm
Data Input Range:
X: 000.01 to 199.99
Y: 000.01 to 199.99
(7) Side Length X [mm], Y [mm]
Set the dimensions X and Y between the tray origin and the center of
the cell (the cell in which a component is stored) located at "(X, Y) =
(1, 1)" in the data boxes.
Unit: mm
Data Input Range:
X: 000.01 to 199.99

(9) Xfer Speed
Select one of the following options to designate the reduction rate of
the traverse axis transfer speed at which a pallet (tray) is pulled out of
themagazine or the pallet fed in.
Full Speed 10% Decr 20% Decr 30% Decr 40% Decr
50% Decr 60% Decr 70% Decr 80% Decr 90% Decr
Use this function when there is a possibility that the components in the
tray may deviate from the corrected position.
(10) Elevator Speed
Select one of the following options to designate the reduction rate of
the elevator ascending/descending speed.
Full Speed 10% Decr 20% Decr 30% Decr 40% Decr
50% Decr 60% Decr 70% Decr 80% Decr 90% Decr
(a) Use this function when there is a possibility that the components in
the tray may deviate from the corrected position.
(b) In actual operation, the elevator is driven according to the largest
reduction rate among the groups of components in the magazine.
