Drive Alarm during Conveyor Width W1 axial operation.
Conrm reset Method of detailed Sub-system error counts of Alarm.

Conveyor Width W1-axis could not start
A state in which the operating command is not normally accepted.
1. Conrm connection to communication cable.
2. Conrm Power supply(24V).
3. Conrm the communication setting of PCI board.
4. Conrm the address of driver and communication rate se
