Remove the screw on the other side. (12 locations)

Every Week Cleaning
(1) Detach the bank feeder change cart.

Use a vacuum cleaner with a narrow air opening
in the nozzle.

Required Time: 10 minutes
Remove the screws (12 locations) on the cutter unit in
the bank feeder change cart and remove the cover.
Clean any debris or dust inside the cutter unit using the
vacuum cleaner.

Every 3 Months Lubrication
(DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE No. 1)
Required Time: 10 minutes
(1) Remove 12 screws.

Use Type N nozzle.

Note
Wipe old grease out using a rag and apply new grease
onto the linear guide (upper and lower sides).

Cut Unit Fixing Jig
Flat Ring
Every 3 Months Replacement
Required Time: 10 minutes
(1) Remove 11 screws and detach the cover.
(2) Use the cutter unit fixing jig with the tape clamp closed to fix the cutter unit.
(3) Cut the used flat ring with a cutter on market and detach it.
(4) Attach a new flat ring to the flat ring replacement jig.
(5) Put the flat ring replacement jig on the roller on the oscillating side (outside of the
machine) and push down the flat ring until it is inserted into the groove of the roller.

CAUTION
When the at ring is cut, take care not to get injured
by the commercially available cutter.
