Chapter 5 – Q-axis Hook 调整
5.1 调整hook位置
需要的jig:

1. 如果机器是XPF-L (two-sided device), 那么就将贴装头移动到side 2 ，以方便作调整。
2. 同时旋转R和Q 轴，使R-axis齿轮上的两个孔和Ｑ-axis齿轮上的两个hook安装螺栓对齐。

3. 松开Ｑ-axis齿轮上的两个hook安装螺栓。
Loosen
the bolts
4. 将维修保养钥匙打到ON，然后选择 [Maintenance] – [Jog] 进入维修保养模式JOG画面.
5. 选择 [Custom Maintenance] – [I/O Check] – [RY01B: VacuumPumpOn] – [ON] 来
打开真空泵。
6. 选择[Y010 VacuumOff] – [OFF]将头部真空打开。
