正面移动。
Step 2. 按OP面板的'EMG'按钮停止作业后、依次按'STOP','RESET'按钮。

Step 3. 用超细纱布清扫LM guide rail及Ball Spline, Mirror CAM
Step 4. 用注射器在LM guide rail涂Grease和用小brush在Ball Spline及
Mirror CAM涂Grease
Step 5. 参考 详见"3. 撤销紧急停止" (第1- 6页)解除紧急停止后重新进
行作业

使用指定的注油器、把指定的润滑脂用指定的方法进行注油。不使用其
他方法进行注油。

设备运行的环境不佳时请随时确认注油状态进行注油。
