3 Installation des SIPLACE Explorer
Bei der Installation von SIPLACE Explorer 2.2 gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten: 3
– Erstinstallation von SIPLACE Explorer 2.2
Sie haben noch keine Version von SIPLACE Explorer in Ihrem System installiert. Dazu
gehen Sie vor, wie unter “Erstinstallation von SIPLACE Explorer 2.2” auf Seite 25
beschrieben.
– Update-Installation von SIPLACE Explorer 2.2
Sie haben schon eine lauffähige Version von SIPLACE Explorer 1.2, 2.0, 2.0 SP1 oder 2.1
auf Ihrem System. Dazu gehen Sie vor, wie unter “Update-Installation von SIPLACE
Explorer 2.2” auf Seite 38 beschrieben.
HINWEIS
Für eine zuverlässige Datenqualität aus SIPLACE Explorer müssen die Versionen der
unterstützten Datenquellen zu der Version des installierten SIPLACE Explorers passen. Daher ist
durch eine Erst- oder eine Upgrade-Installation von SIPLACE Explorer eine Anpassung der
unterstützten Datenquellen erforderlich. 3
3.1 Erstinstallation von SIPLACE Explorer 2.2
Die für SIPLACE Explorer 2.2 benötigten Software-Komponenten sind auf der SIPLACE Explorer
Installations CD und auf der Support Media DVD enthalten. 3
(1)SIPLACE Explorer Installations CD:
– SIPLACE Explorer 2.2 (siehe Seite 28)
Für SIPLACE Explorer 2.2 gibt es drei Installationsoptionen: 3
– SIPLACE Explorer V.2.2 Runtime Environment
– SIPLACE Explorer V.2.2 Factory Configuration Utility
– SIPLACE Explorer V.2.2 Development Environment

Beachten Sie vor Beginn der Installation nachfolgende Hinweise: 3
HINWEIS
Bevor Sie SIPLACE Explorer V2.2 installieren können, muss Java 2 SE 5.0 Update 7 auf
Ihrem Computer installiert sein. 3
WARNUNG
Installieren Sie "SIPLACE Explorer V.2.2 Runtime Environment" und "SIPLACE Explorer
V.2.2 Development Environment" nicht auf dem gleichen Computer. Beide Optionen können
nicht gleichzeitig parallel laufen. Um nacheinander mit den Optionen zu arbeiten, müssen die
Schritte zum Starten und Beenden der jeweiligen Option genau bekannt und eingehalten
werden. 3
(2)Support Media DVD:
Ihr System wird auf die nötigen Software-Komponenten und deren Versionen überprüft. Sie
erhalten entsprechende Meldungsfenster und können alle noch benötigten Software-
Komponenten über diese Option installieren. 3
Folgende Software-Komponenten sind auf der Support Media DVD enthalten und werden bei
Bedarf installiert: 3
– J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0.07 oder höher
Installieren Sie Java 2 SE 5.0 auf dem gleichen Computer wie SIPLACE Explorer V.2.2. 3
– Tomcat 5.5.9
– MS XML Core Services 6.0
Installieren Sie diese Komponente, wenn Sie Werks-Berichte und Berichte für bestimmte
Fertigungslinien generieren möchten. 3
– SQL Server 2005 Express Edition
– MSDE 2000
Installieren Sie diese Komponente, wenn Sie nicht mit MS SQL Server 2000 arbeiten
möchten. Installieren Sie MSDE 2000 auf dem Computer, auf welchem die System-
Datenbanken installiert werden sollen. 3
