2.2 Prerequisites
Prerequisites
▪ This option is possible for SX1, SX1prepared and SX2 machines.
▪ Serial number from Mxxx (higher input and output area)
Serial number from Lxxx restricted (max. 35 mm component height)
▪ Station software 707.0x
▪ SIPLACE Pro 11.1
▪ WPC5/6 - 45 mm (serial numbers from B3xxx/C3xxx)
This WPC is needed for feeding in components with heights up to 40 mm.

priately adapted pin picker.

2.2.1 SIPLACE SX "Prepared"
SIPLACE SX "Prepared"
The SIPLACE SX must be in the delivery state "Pre
-
pared".
This can be recognized by the presence of a trailing cable
(1) and the control unit for the main axes (Gantry Control
Unit (2)). This applies for the SIPLACE SX+ machine, in
order to retrofit gantry 1 at location 1 or for the SIPLACE
SX1 "Prepared", in order to retrofit gantry 2 at location 2.
The trailing cable is packed in a black plastic case and is
fixed at the side (1).
If this is not the case, your machine will need to be retro
-
fitted accordingly. Contact your SIPLACE Service team
for details.
