5.6 Hydraulic Cleaning Machine
For using the nozzle tip cleaning jig
A jig for cleaning HG24C or HG33C from the tip with a pin gauge, is provided.

Insert the nozzle from the tip section into the jig and insert the pin gauge gently into the nozzle tip
hole with the nozzle pressed against the jig.
In the case that the pin gauge is not easily inserted, do not insert it forcibly, but repeat the pin
gauge moving up and down.
5.6 Hydraulic Cleaning Machine
A commercially available hydraulic cleaning machine can be used.
Example : MAC3 III (Maker : Nakamura Cyoukou)
When the hole is clogged with solder paste, the cleaning might not be available.
Clean it also with the pin gauge. After the cleaning, dry it completely with air-blow or dryer.

(3) Insert the nozzle into the nozzle set position. At this time, face the nozzle clearance for
nozzle filter must face toward the acrylic block (in the direction of white arrow).
Make sure to face the nozzle clearance in the correct direction.
