2. Error in Up/Down detecting sensor. Please check sensor input.

3. Disconnection/Error of Output. Please confirm the stopper by manual if sensor

4. Please reset the speed by adjusting speed control when stopper is slow.

1. Error in Up/Down detecting sensor. Confirm the sensor.

has not been received by Communication Error.

Check the Communication Mode, wiring, Power supply of Driver.

Error in zeroing in Backup(R) axis

LS, discontinuous zeroing movement, was detected.

Check out the dirt, error of sensor and error in Motor body etc.

420212 Backup(R) Error.

Out-of-Control of Backup(R)

Motor Out-of-Control which is over the width of Out-of-Control detecting occurred. Please

execute all zeroing again, and the restart production.

Please set motor speed slow if it happens frequently. Also, in a case of structure motor
