4. 运转中，显示以下的画面。
·Required time：显示从开始清洗到完成检查的时间。
·Remaining time：显示距离完成检查的剩余时间。
5. 运转结束后，切换到清洗结果的画面。工作头自动清洗机测定各吸嘴头的空气流量，充
足时，显示 「OK」的文字。
备注 ) 只要有 1 个空气流量不足的吸嘴头，就会在画面上显示 「NG」的文字。
6. 至此，完成工作头的清洗。点击 「Complete」按钮，返回到空气清洗准备确认画面。
