备注 ) 工作头清洗机的正面门敞开，或者 EMERGENGCY 按钮被按下时，即使按下 START 按钮也不会开始
清洗。
4. 运转中，显示以下的画面。
·Required time：显示从开始清洗到完成检查及结束空运转的时间。
·Remaining time：显示距离空运转结束的剩余时间。
5. 运转结束后，切换到清洗结果的画面。工作头自动清洗机测定各吸嘴头的空气流量，充
足时，显示 「OK」的文字。

6.3 中断和重新开始清洗
说明暂时中断工作头清洗的方法和重新开始清洗的方法。
6.3.1 如何中断贴装工作头的清洗
1. 清洗运转中，请按下 CYCLE STOP 按钮。
备注 )在工作头清洗机停止之前，有近 50 秒的时间。要立即使其停止的时候，请按 EMERGENCY
按键。
2. 中断后显示以下的画面，START 按钮闪烁。
备注 ) 打开工作头清洗机的正面门后，START 按钮不闪烁。
