Description: This transaction enables the host to link reports to a specific event CEID,
such that when the event occurs, the equipment will include the reports in the S6F11
message. Note that the event must be enabled using message S2F37, for the report(s) to
be sent.

events (CEID’s). If any errors are detected in EDER, then no changes will be made i.e.
no partial changes.
