1. Features of the Machine
This machine embodies the Clear Vision Capturing System that enables to acquire clear images using a
12-million-pixel CMOS camera boasting high frame rate and the high-brightness white LED
lighting/coaxial illumination lighting unit. It is an inline automatic board appearance inspection device that
adopts a twin linear motor drive for high-speed operation, quicker image processing library and 64-bit OS
to effectively utilize its memory, while applying the high-speed processing and the clear color image
processing to inspect mounted components and cream solder printing.
In addition,Using the DMD element that adopted a gray cord and the striped pattern that I developed
originally this time,I can measure from 0.2mm to 15mm by reflecting it with a projector 4 pipe for 3D,In
addition to a conventional provided clear image,I can perform the 3D measurement that is more highly
precise than e-3D of conventional products.
Selectable modes
The machine offers different modes, from which you can choose one to generate inspection data.
Template mode
Inspection logics are provided as a standard feature. They let you create inspection data easily and
quickly.
Process mode
You can create and edit inspection processes yourself, just like you can with the conventional RV-1.
Clear images
The machine comes with a 3-stage lighting and coaxial illumination adopting high-brightness white LEDs,
and thereby allows you to acquire clear images.
Greater ease of operation
With the newly developed template mode that allows even a beginner to create inspection data easily and
quickly, the machine demonstrates high checking capability with easy operation.
High resolution
You can select one of two resolutions (at the time of purchase): the standard resolution of
12.0 μm/pixel or the optional resolution of 5.0 μm/pixel.
Higher speed
With DMD element, the shooting time of 3D projector has been shortened. And with the development
of FPGA board’s image processing, stereo image’s operation time has also been shortened.
With CoaXPress interface, the 12million- pixels high pixel camera’s transmission time has been
shortened.
With 16-core CPU’s parallel processing, the operation time has been shortened.
Hence the image processing speed of 51cm2sec has been accomplished.1

Various image processing functions
The process mode lets you create and modify inspection algorithms yourself, to process images in various
ways like a multi-functional image processor can. Using the image merge function, you can also inspect a
large part that does not fit in a single image frame.
3D measurement
When a gray code and a striped pattern developed originally by us are projected by 4 pipes of the projector
for 3D using the currently adopted DMD element, a range of 0.2 mm ~ 15 mm can be measured(When the
resolution is 5.0 μm/pixel, a range of 0.2 mm ~ 6mm can be measured). As a result, higher-precision 3D
measurement than the existing e-3D can be performed in addition to an existing clear image.
