NOTICE!
Not on C&P20 P
This maintenance task must be performed on all Twin,
CPP, C&P20, C&P20 A and C&P20 M heads.
This maintenance task is not required for the C&P20 P.
The following tasks are described using the example of a
pressure control valve for a C&P20. The procedure is the
same for other types.
NOTICE
Tweezers
When replacing hoses, use the "tweezers, blunt 145 mm size 3 mm" [00376493-xx], if required.
CAUTION!
The housing, the board and the plunger are coordinated
with one another. Make sure that these are not confused
with parts from other pressure control valves.

Dismantling the cover (example of C&P20 shown)
You need to remove the pressure control valve for
this maintenance task.
Loosen the three screws (1) fastening the cover.
Lift off the cover (2).
To do this, first tilt the cover on the long side
upwards (3). Now pull the cover down and off on the
short side (4).
CAUTION
Do not damage the Flexprint sheet.
The Flexprint sheet between the two boards is highly sensitive.
Always take hold of the short board.
Do not make any rotational movements by pressing the long board sideways.
Dismantling the long board
Loosen the two screws (1) fastening the long
board (2).
CAUTION!
Take care not to damage the Flexprint sheet between the
two boards.
