4.2.4. Separation Program Data
Separation program data determines the distance between the board and the stencil when the
board is at print height. The separation function also determines how the board separates from the
stencil after the print stroke.
Print Gap: Range available from -0.05 inch to 0.2 inch or -1.27 to 6.35mm.
Separation Profile: Enter the specifics required for separation (Figure 47).

4.2.5. Dispense Program Data
Dispense program data determines how to handle adding paste to the stencil (Figure 48). Use
Dispense Program Data to select the profile of the dispensing material. Selections include:
Material type: Ink, adhesive, solder paste
Auto Dispense: Number of passes, Speed (of passes), Delay (delay start of dispense cycle),
Frequency (print cycles), Left Edge +/- (offset before dispensing), Right Edge +/ - (offset
before dispensing)
Check Prompt user to check paste to set the frequency at which the user should manually
check paste levels. The value displays on the home screen when the printer is in production mode.
The value reduces incrementally (by one) after every print and at zero prompts the user (in the
Alert section) to check the paste.
Figure 48. Dispense Program Data.
4.2.6. Print Head Program Data
Print Head Program Data determines the detailed movement of the print head. Selections include:
Common (Figure 49):
o Positive stroke: Press Calculate Stroke to automatically fill the value. The software
calculates stroke length based on panel size.
o Negative stroke: Press Calculate Stroke to automatically fill the value. The
software calculates stroke length based on panel size.
o Print strokes: Enter number of desired print strokes.
o Print Strokes After Wipe: Enter number of desired print strokes after the wipe.
