4.2.7. Vision Program Data
The Edison printer and Intueri software use a
camera system for precise alignment of panel and
stencil (Figure 51). Use the Vision screen to teach
fiducial placement for alignment and panel
identification (Figure 53). The software-based
Vision dialogue is also used to teach the individual
panels of a panelized board.
Before using the Vision program, ensure the Edison printer
worknest is cleared of any panels.
4.2.7.1. Teach New Fiducial
Click on Teach New (Figure 52) to enter new fiducial alignment data, and continue with Section
4.2.7.2 Panel IDs.

4.2.7.2. Panel IDs
Panel IDs are fiducials taught to the Intueri software and used to verify the board in the printer is
the correct board to print.
To use Panel IDs, check the Enable Panel ID box (Figure 53).
Each Panel ID taught will be unique to the side of the board being printed. The same feature
should not be on the bottom side of the board or in the same location on a different board.

4.2.7.3. Basic
Click Enable Alignment to allow the Intueri software to automatically align each panel.
Click Enable Panel ID to automatically record each panel ID.
If fiducials had been previously used, Intueri automatically fills in the appropriate X- and Y-
coordinates. Enter desired coordinates as necessary.
If adding fiducials, press + Add to start the Teach Fiducial Wizard
(Figure 53).
4.2.7.4. Teach Fiducial Wizard
The Teach Fiducial Wizard prompts users through the process of panel alignment and
identification.
