Conductive Rubber Floor Mats —
Homogeneous (Economy Performance)
Homogenous conductive rubber construction provides resistance to wear,
hot solder, oil grease, and solvents. This mat’s conductive resistance value
provides rapid discharge from personnel wearing heel grounders. The low
profile reduces trip hazard and is preferred for use with rolling carts or
chairs. Mat can be reversed for double usage. ESD Standard 20.20, EIA 625,
MIL-HDBK-263, and MIL-STD-1686. Rtg: 10

Conductive Floor Mats for Hard
Floors (Premium Performance)
The main purpose of a conductive floor mat or roll is to remove static charge
from personnel as they approach work areas. Floor mats provide significant
passive protection in well-traveled assembly areas. Continuous runners
extend static protection throughout and between entire areas.

Anti-Fatigue Mats
(Premium Performance)
3M Static Control Anti-Fatigue Mats allow workers to stand comfortably for
long periods while minimizing the fatigue associated with standing work.
Manufactured from durable rubber, 3M Anti-Fatigue Mats consist of a
matrix of hollow cylinders that function like a spring when compressed.
These mats are designed to provide a durable cushion that offers secure,
stable footing and a unique energizing responsiveness.
Their structure provides a stable surface supported by rubber cells that
soften in response to surface activity. These cells provide an effective
cushioning solution because the 3M Static Control Anti-Fatigue Mats get
softer as compressed, not harder like products made of foam.

Dissipative Sheets and Worksurfaces
3M
™
Dissipative Hard Laminate Sheets
Dissipative Hard Laminate Sheets are used where a hard, durable,
electrically safe surface is needed, providing a low coefficient of
friction to permit heavy objects to slide easily. Controlled conductivity
(surface-to-ground) virtually eliminates shock hazard when working
on a powered component.
This material is post-formable with normal high pressure laminate
process techniques used by furniture makers. Using this technique,
a tight 0.5 in. (12.7 mm) radius is possible, which allows installation
without seams in corners and over rounded edges when forming parallel
to sanding lines. The laminate provides a comfortable rounded front on
which personnel can rest their arms. It is resistant to common solvents
and to hot solder droppings.
3M
™
Dissipative Rigid Worksurfaces
Static Dissipative Rigid Worksurface 8300 Series have the high abrasion
resistance of a laminate, yet are as easy to install as table mats. The
nonglare surface also resists staining, scorching and common solvents.
All edges and corners are rounded, and the laminate comes ready to
use with two factory-installed snap fasteners, and one 3M
™
Grounding
System 3048 for wrist strap/table mat.
Note: For consistent static charge dissipation from rigid,
conductive flat-bottomed totes and trays, use of a pad or mat
of 3M Dissipative Vinyl Material 8200 in conjunction with this
static-protective hard laminate is suggested, especially in areas
where relative humidity often drops below 30%.
