A.3.3.1 ACM, AQ and D9 TEU
On these 3 machine types a TEU (Toolbit Exchange Unit) CAN be defined. The
names of the TEU are not fixed (can be any name), but a good example would
be just TEU. These TEU contain 10 nozzle positions. On each position can be
any of the above-mentioned nozzles, depending on the size of the nozzle,
defined. The nozzles must be within a certain size (and shape!), otherwise
they don’t fit in the TEU.

A.3.4 AX machine Nozzles
This table describes which Nozzles can be configured for an AX.
For Component Vision an addition Laser Align Nozzle must be available in the
toolbit exchange unit. This nozzle is used for Vacuum and Z Calibration. This
can be nozzle L2, l3, L4 or L5. Refer to
Table 19, “AX machine Placement
Robot / Nozzle relation,”
TABLE 19 AX machine Placement Robot / Nozzle relation
A.3.4.1 AX machine TEU
For each head/PM Type on the AX machine a TEU (Toolbit Exchange Unit)
MUST be defined. These TEU are named as follows: TEU<head number: 2
digits>. Examples: TEU01, TEU02 …. TEU11, TEU12 etc. These TEU contain 8
nozzle positions. Currently, the layout is fixed and looks as follows:
