Front Safety Bar
(2) Remove the tape guide.
(1) Remove the front safety bar and take out the cutter
from the cart.
(3) Remove five screws.
(4) Replace the fluorine sheet.
Fluorine Sheet
Every Year Replacement Required Time: 15 minutes
Catch Lock
(a) When the cutter is to be placed on the cart,
fix the two sections on the connector securely.
(b) When the cutter is to be placed on the cart,
insert the cutter to the end and fix it with the catch lock (two locations) securely.
(c) Make sure to attach the safety cover.

When the cutter is mounted on the cart, fix the connector (two locations) securely.
Also, do not forget to attach the safety cover.

(2) Remove the cutter section covers (6 locations).
(4) Remove the screws on the right and left of the clamp
lever base.
(5) Remove the clamp lever together with the clamp
lever base.
(6) Remove the clamp lever from the clamp lever base
and replace the clamp lever by new one.
Remove
the screw.
Remove the screw also on the other side.
Every Year Replacement Required Time: 30 minutes

3.2.7 Head Section
High-Speed Head
Linear Measure Sensors
(Light Emitter and Receiver)
Every Day Cleaning
Required Time: 5 minutes
When any fat or oil is stuck to the line sensor,
rub off the dirt using a cotton applicator dipped
in dehydrated ethanol.
Nozzle U/D Ball Screw (NL Axis)
Every 3 Months Cleaning and Lubrication
(DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE No. 1)
Required Time: 5 minutes
Use No. 19 (brown) nozzle.
Note

Wipe off the old grease with a rag and apply a
small amount of new grease to the groove of
the ball screw with a syringe.

Diffusion Plate
Every Month Cleaning
Required Time: 2 minutes
(1) Store all nozzles in the nozzle stocker
(housing) through window navigations.
(2)
Sebum or oil should not
adhere to the surface of the
diffusion plate.
Refer to "5. "Nozzle Change"
Window" in "Chapter 6 (Vol. 2)"
for the procedure of nozzle
storage.
Reference
Wipe the diffusion plate with a dry lens
cleaning cloth.
