(3) Press the [ON] button entitled "MOVE". In 2 seconds, press the
[ENABLE] button on the operation panel.
The feeder carriage moves to the F1 side and the following sheet
appears.

(4) Press the [Next] button.
(5) Repeat the same steps and confirm that the reference mark can be
detected.

1.4.11 Cleaning of Linear Motor's Yoke Sides
Clean the yoke sides of the linear motor every month.
• Work Procedure
(1) Turn off the power switch of the machine and the air source.
(2) Open all the feeder work area safety doors.
(3) Clean the top and bottom sides of the upper yoke and the top side
of the lower yoke with a rag.

(4) Push the feeder carriage by hand to move it sideways.
(5) Clean the top and bottom sides of the upper yoke and the top side
of the lower yoke with a vacuum cleaner or a rag.

• Do not bring any metal of high magnetizability close
to this. Otherwise, such metal will easily be magne-
tized and attracted, causing an injury to the opera-
tor and/or a mechanical breakdown.
• Do not bring any magnetizable material close to this.
Those who wear implanted pacemakers should not
work inside the machine. Otherwise, the pacemaker
may be affected by magnetism, leading to a serious
accident.

1.4.12 Replacement of Oil Filter
The oil filter must be replaced after initial 500 hours and every 12,000
hours for subsequent use.
• Required Items
Tools : Monkey Wrench, Hex-Head Wrenches (M14 and M10),
Stepladder
Material: Oil Filter (Type: LND-04), Oil (SYNTHESO HT220 Approx.
14 liters), Seal Tape
Others : Plastic Bag, Rag, Gummed Cloth Tape, Rubber Gloves,
Waste Oil Container
• Replacement Procedure
(1) Detach the upper cover of the machine and open the front door.
(2) Detach the fan in front of the oil filter.

(3) Enclose the oil filter area with a plastic bag to prevent oil spills and
fasten the bag with a gummed cloth tape.
Keep the front part of the plastic bag open.
